3.Paradis: Streetwear with couture elegance from Canada
3.Paradis was founded in 2013 by Emeric Tchatchoua in Montreal and is now based in Paris. The fashion label initially focused on menswear, making a special statement. All of the styles designed by Tchatchoua are characterized by their luxurious approach and streetwear elements. At the same time, the unconventional details turn each piece into a statement. This is also what 3.Paradis stands for with its name, which symbolizes the cheerfulness and freedom of youth culture. Recently, 3.Paradis also added a women's collection to its ready-to-wear range.
The 3.Paradis menswear is an exciting mix of Japanese streetwear, couture elegance and African iconography. Founder and creative director Emeric Tchatchoua believes it is important to design his fashion from an exploratory attitude and to use reality as inspiration for his pieces. This results in garments that are not only unique, but also reflect the vibrancy and diversity of the world.
"I am here to change the lives of young people by inspiring them to imagine more, to dream bigger, to hope without limitation and to live a life full of authenticity, ambition and possibility," says the designer, who grew up in poor conditions in a suburb of Paris and has since been awarded the "Canadian Arts and Fashion Award" for his fashion.
Stylish menswear from 3.Paradis
The menswear collections from 3.Paradis are characterized by sometimes unusual cuts and spiritually significant prints. The range includes casual clothing such as loose-fitting sweatshirts, hoodies, T-shirts, knitwear , pants and outerwear as well as extravagant shirts and suits. Accessories such as beanies, scarves and bucket hats skilfully round off the collection and every outfit.
The collections are characterized by a variety of colors and bold patterns that convey both the high-fashion spirit of the brand and the rebellious character of youth. The label's focus is deliberately on comfortable but stylish garments for everyday wear, with designs that turn even sweatpants into a statement. In spring 2023, 3.Paradis also launched a collection in collaboration with Levi's, which included denim pants, jackets and shirts for men and women.
