Wearable couture with a feminine touch
Founder Rieke Common laid the foundation for her label initially with a fashion design degree and first experiences at the labels Bernd Berger and Strenesse. After completing her studies, a big dream came true for her: she now worked as a designer at Oscar de la Renta in New York. From there her story continued as creative director at Rena Lange. With her experience, talent and extraordinary creativity, she finally founded her own label Maison Common in 2014. Her vision of creating feminine clothes with lots of color and special one-of-a-kind pieces are what make her collections stand out. They are as special as they are sophisticated, giving their wearer a sense of uniqueness. The best weaving mills in the world design and produce the highest quality fabrics for their exclusive one-of-a-kind pieces.
